Demandforce’s Service Review
Demandforce has a very well known online reputation management software that is used by many businesses around the country. However, It’s not certain whether businesses are choosing Demandforce for its merits, or simply settling for the first review management tool they could find. For many businesses, it just doesn’t add up.
Sure it has (most of) the services you look for in an online reputation service – Review management, review sharing, word of mouth marketing and satisfaction surveys – but the interface is not very user-friendly and it’s missing out on valuable tools that are essential to improving your business’s success.
For modern businesses, online reputation means everything. But the most important part of that is negative reviews. It’s important to know when customers are dissatisfied right away so you can reach out to them, before they review your business on Google, Facebook or Yelp. Not only are you able to learn from unsatisfied customers on how you can improve your business, but reaching out to them almost always helps them calm down or resolve their issue before they spread a negative message about your business to their friends and the whole world.
Without a review gate, Demandforce leaves its users vulnerable to get blindsided by negative reviews on major reviews sites.
Demandforce users send their clients to a page that directs them to leave feedback ON Demandforce’s website vs Google or Yelp etc. They usually have hundreds of reviews on Demandforce and very few on Google. If your client leaves a review on Demandforce they feel they are done so you have spent your review on a site that no one ever visits.
