Revenue Well vs Review Wave
Revenue Well is one of the older patient communication systems available. It's specifically geared towards dental. Revenue Well seems to do a fine job of working on appointment reminders and reactivations. However, there are a few downfalls worth mentioning. There are currently only a few integrations available with Revenue Well, so unless you happen to use one of the few software they integrate with, you're out of luck! Review Wave has dozens of integrations available, 9 in the dental field alone. Revenue Well does not offer a bonafide online scheduling feature. They can help you "request an appointment" on your website, but recent tests show that "requesting" is not the same as "scheduling". Our customers who are using Review Wave's online scheduler are seeing 2-3 times more results than they were when just allowing patients to simply "request" an appointment. For real time online scheduling, Review Wave is the clear choice. Revenue Well also offers review/feedback marketing to help you manage your online reputation. However, the focus on this aspect of the system seems to be on collecting reviews on their microsite vs directly on your listings on Google, Facebook, etc. While they may try to convince you that this will inevitably end up in more online reviews and a better reputation, we wholeheartedly feel that it's not the best way of going out it. Review Wave does not waste anyone's precious time collecting a review for a microsite (a site that is owned by the reputation manager vs the practice). Instead, patients are directed immediately to the review site (ie Google, Facebook, Yelp) to post a review directly on the practice listing, so that all reviews are ultimately owned by the practice owner.
