You must be able to come into the office in south Irvine, CA, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Pacific. No exceptions.
In addition to serving our clients by answering, routing, and resolving inbound calls, chats, and emails, you will work directly with our founding team to help create scalable systems to continue our growth. Specifically, we're looking for team members who are willing to work hard and position themselves for a team leadership role in the future.
- Resolve inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Manage account tasks and keep DETAILED records
- Provide top-shelf customer service to all clients
- Collaborate with Product Management to share insights from customers
- Communicate new ideas for efficiency, productivity, and/or enhancing our client experience
- Must LOVE dogs!
- Have a desire to help people and are looking to start their career
- Have a positive attitude and are obsessed with helping others
- Are driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
- Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills personally and professionally
- Love talking with people, have a great phone manner, and can communicate effectively

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $20-22/hr Starting Pay + Any Bonuses Earned
