Must be able to come into the office, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide top-shelf customer service to all customers via Zoom, inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails, maintain account tasks and keep DETAILED records in Hubspot and Google Calendar, troubleshoot client issues and resolve their questions, and work with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity, and improving our customer experience.
