HOW TO EXECUTE A SUCCESSFUL REACTIVATION CAMPAIGN
It’s easy to focus all your efforts on attracting new patients, and while acquiring new patients is important, so is patient retention. What good is attracting new patients if you can’t retain them?
The probability of re-selling your services to an existing patient is 14 times higher than the probability of selling services to someone completely new. But, all too often we don’t give enough attention to our retention efforts and just focus on the next, new thing!
When you think about it, it makes sense! One of the biggest challenges to getting someone to commit to care is establishing trust between you and them. Lucky for you, Review Wave makes reactivation campaigns so easy, you can literally reactivate patients in your sleep!
